Lawrence, KS – Marcus Smart score 25 points and had nine rebounds as Oklahoma State snapped No. 2 Kansas’ 33-game home winning streak in an 85-80 triumph on Saturday. With the Jayhawks trailing by three with less than five seconds remaining, Smart stole the ball away from Elijah Johnson to seal the win. It’s the Cowboys’ first win in Lawrence since 1989. Markel Brown added 28 points for Oklahoma State (15-5, 5-3 Big 12) for their straight win.

Pittsburgh, PA – Tray Woodall led the Panthers with 13 points, as Pittsburgh handed sixth-ranked Syracuse its second straight loss with a 65-55 decision. The Panthers (18-5, 6-4 Big East) had 10 players reach the scoring column and won for the fifth time in their last six games, while also improving to 13-1 all-time against top-10 teams at the Petersen Events Center. Pittsburgh has won nine of the last 11 matchups with Syracuse and five in a row against the Orange at home.

Reggie Johnson Tip In With 0.8 Seconds To Give Miami A Road Win at N.C. State

Raleigh, NC – Reggie Johnson’s tip-in with tenths of a second remaining to give No. 14 Miami a 79-78 win on the road over 19th-ranked North Carolina State. Tyler Lewis free throws gave the Wolfpack (16-6, 5-4 ACC) a three-point lead with 1:12 remaining. Durand Scott went to the charity stripe twice on Miami’s next two possessions and connected on 2-of-4 shots, but the Hurricanes still trailed by one.

After getting the ball back with 10 seconds left, Shane Larkin drove to the hoop and missed a layup, but Johnson was there to save the day for the difference-making tip-in for the Hurricanes (17-3, 8-0), who have won nine straight and won for the first time in seven tries at N.C. State.

No. 10 Oregon Loses At Cal

Berkeley, CA  – Richard Solomon and Allen Crabbe each scored 13 points as California beat 10th-ranked Oregon, 58-54. Solomon also had 12 rebounds for the Golden Bears (13-8, 5-4 Pac-12), who won their first game against a ranked team this season. Tyrone Wallace recorded 12 points and three steals.

Tony Woods had a game-high 14 points and eight rebounds, while Arsalan Kazemi scored 10 points for the Ducks (18-4, 7-2), who lost their second straight game after winning their previous nine. With 11:29 remaining, Cal held a 42-39 lead before a layup by Carlos Emory sparked an 11-0 run for Oregon and gave it a 50-42 advantage with 6 1/2 minutes left.
