The Miami Heat have been the talk of the sports field the past month with their incredible 27-game winning streak, but all things eventually will come to an end. The Chicago Bulls spoiled the fun ending the Heat’s winning streak Wednesday night with a 101-97 win at the United Center. The Heat’s 27-game streak is the second longest in NBA history as they came within six games of tying the 1972 Los Angeles Lakers mark at 33. The Heat had not lost a game since the Indiana Pacers defeated them back on February 1st. The Heat still own the best record in the NBA with a 56-15 mark and have a showdown upcoming Sunday night in San Antonio against the Spurs in a possible NBA Finals preview.
